BLUE MONSTER® Velocity™ is a hard-hitting, fast-acting compound with the strength needed to remove scale, lime, rust, and other corrosive water-formed deposits inside on-demand water heaters. Velocity contains sulfamic acid, a highly-effective agent used to clean heat exchangers, boilers and condensers. Restore water flow and heating efficiency for like-new performance with Velocity.

Blue Monster Velocity is approved for use on copper and stainless steel heat exchangers. It's non-corrosive and safe for potable water systems. BLUE MONSTER Velocity is also NSF Nonfood Compounds A3 listed.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Continuous Recirculation Heat Exchanger Flush

See Tankless manufacturer's service and maintenance instructions for flushing the heat exchanger.

Velocity is designed for use with the following:

  1. Water circulation pump.
  2. Minimum 5 gallon bucket.
  3. Appliance water hose(s) with GHT FIP connections.

Mixing Instructions

  1. Pour Velocity and 2 gallons of water into a 5 gallon bucket.
  2. Use a stirring device to mix contents thoroughly.

RECIRCULATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Follow manufacturer's instructions for connecting pump, hoses, tankless unit and bucket containing the cleaning solution.
  2. Recirculate Velocity cleaning solution continuously for 20 minutes.
  3. After cleaning dispose of Velocity cleaning solution in accordance with local regulations.

INSTRUCTIONS - RINSE CLEANING SOLUTION

  1. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for removal of the cleaning solution from the unit.
  2. Potable water rinse is required after use of this product for a minimum of 5 minutes.
